Should you find a lower rate (for our rooms) on another website, within 24 hours of completing a reservation at, Then the first night of your stay is Free. (room only not packages) The Best Rate Guarantee is subject to Terms and Conditions. Please review these before submitting your Best Rate Guarantee claim.

  • 1. The Best Rate Guarantee applies solely to reservations made at The Gables Inn B & B through

  • Rates offered to members only of certain groups or individuals that meet previously specified criteria such as membership of particular associations or special programs not open to the public in general.
  • Rates valid for extended stays beyond four (4) consecutive nights.
  • Pre-paid rates which involve a voucher to be redeemed at the B & B.
  • 6. Rate comparison between the rate and the Comparison Rate will be made net of any taxes, gratuities or any other fees associated with the room rate and will add in all discount that we (Gables Inn) would and will offer as part of your reservation to our net price, whether guest would use them or not.
  • 7. If the Best Rate Guarantee Claim refers to a reservation consisting of several nights’ accommodation, the average rate for each night will be compared to the average rate for each night, for an identical reservation, using the website where the Comparison Rate is found.
  • 8. The Best Rate Guarantee is void where prohibited by law.

We provide a 100% reimbursement of your booking value minus our Worry-Free Booking™ fee if an unforeseen:

Illness including COVID-19 Infection

Accident or Injury

Pre-existing Medical Condition

Immediate Relative Sickness or Death

should occur up to 14 days prior to your arrival date or during your stay that prevents you from attending or completing your booking

Worry-Free Bookings™ is not an insurance policy.
It enhances the terms and condition of our standard terms & conditions. This reimbursement service is like the optional protection plans customers can purchase when buying a television or smart phone, except for instead of an electronic device, it protects the guests travel plans from an unexpected illness or health condition. We DO NOT reimburse you if your booking is no longer wanted or needed.

How to Apply for Reimbursement

Your reimbursement application and payment will be handled by Our Worry-Free Bookings™ Limited Warranty Reimbursement Administration Service, who is the administrator of Our enhanced Terms and Conditions.
As soon as You know You cannot Attend the Booking, between 14 days prior to Arrival date and up to 30 days after the Departure date, You can apply for a reimbursement.

To apply for a reimbursement, You click on the link provided in Your Booking confirmation email in which You agreed to all Our policies and these additional Worry-Free Bookings™ Terms and Conditions. Fill out the reimbursement application forms.

Our Worry-Free Bookings™ Limited Warranty Reimbursement Administration Service processes and reviews the reimbursement application, documentation and evidence including a Doctor’s note, and then issues or denies the reimbursement to You. Reimbursements will be paid out using the following payment options including, but not limited to, credit card reimbursement, check, or direct ACH bank deposit.

Worry-Free Bookings™ Terms and Conditions apply during a time window of 14 days before Your arrival date up to 30 days after Your departure date. We do not reimburse the Worry-Free Bookings™ Service Fee.

If Your Booking is before the time period of 14 days before Your Arrival date then You should contact Us to reschedule or refund Your money according to Our standard policies.

You may apply for Your reimbursement up to 30 days after Your Departure date. After 30 days past Your Departure date, You are no longer eligible for a reimbursement.

Featuring solid mahogany, king-size bed with a very ornate, 8-foot tall headboard, chest of drawers and dresser. The sitting area has two comfortable wing back chairs and is just perfect for relaxing along with two stained glass windows in the transoms above the door.

This wonderful room features a four-poster, queen size canopy bed. This room has crown molding and a romantic, ceramic log fireplace with original light fixtures above the mantel. The custom-designed stained glass transom above the door displays a rose to compliment the two original rose tiles on the fireplace.
